Supporting Families
Nurturing Possibilities provides mobile early childhood intervention and Key Worker support for children aged 0–9 years across Western Sydney and surrounding areas.
Support is provided in the places where children live, learn and participate — including home, early learning settings, schools and the community.
Areas Currently Supported
Mobile early childhood intervention services are generally provided within approximately 15 km of Chester Hill.
Areas currently supported include:
Auburn, Bankstown, Chester Hill, Fairfield, Granville, Greystanes, Guildford, Homebush, Lidcombe, Merrylands, Parramatta, Regents Park, Rosehill, Villawood, Westmead, Wentworthville, and Yagoona.

Fees & Funding
Nurturing Possibilities supports families using NDIS funding or private payment.
For eligible NDIS participants, support may be funded through the Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living support category, depending on your child's plan and funding arrangements.
NDIS-funded support is currently available for self-managed and plan-managed participants.
